A first....

Ok, so today is the first day I didn't take a picture of Mac while she was in my care. Ha - I have so many too! K was really watching her as she was learning to keep her by herself one day. She is out of practice is all, she did fine, just the first time is a little nervewracking.

This post is a little late and many other things have happened since. Mac was here for Thanksgiving and then returned on Friday while the aunts took Lissie for a shopping trip. Yes, they went to the mall and such on Black Friday! Lis was able to get her shopping done so a trip worth everything to her. Mac stayed here with her dad and the rest of us to chill for an afternoon.

Haven't seen Mac since then - it is weird when I don't get to see her. I always think everyone else is getting to visit with her and that makes me jealous. I will have her Wed. and Thurs. this week so will get a fix at that time.

I need to decorate the house, probably 8/9 trees this year; I need to study for my hr certification exam and then if I pass I hopefully will get a position. Then I will look at shopping, maybe. B is coming later this month too so maybe I can paint also - ha!

Memories and dreams...

I can't explain but it never gets old watching Mackenzie, I have so much fun and a lot of the time she is eating, sleeping, fussing - just a small amount of time she is cooing and smiling. But those few minutes are worth the wait each and every time. She has the cutest smile and I love to see her try to coo - her tongue takes up a major portion of her tiny precious mouth - and seems to inhibit her ability to coo. She looks so much like K right now to me. I so look forward to hearing her voice and her words - dainty girly or strong girl? hmmm...we will have to wait and see.

Riesa is sooooooo jealous of her, but I do see them in the pool together in the next couple of years and running around the yard. She just wants to smell and lick her face, poor puppy is taking seconds here; at least when Mac is in the house. We have taken one girl for a walk twice this week, yep Riesa. She loves it too. I would love to take Mac, but think I will need to get a stroller soon or it will be too cold. I think I could manage both girls - that would be fun.

Today Mac was in her NY outfit. I would love to stroll through the city with her - maybe that will be something in the future. A girls weekend in NYC - how fun would that be? How long do you think I will have to wait? Sorry, Riesa, you will be second in this instance too.

But I do love these girls. I can't wait to see all the things that are yet to come but don't ever want to forget.

Please Vote - we have fought too hard and long to not vote; my mom and dad used to take us to the school so they could vote. They never told us how they voted - private they said. Both are deceased and I still don't know how they voted. I don't necessarily agree with that however private or not, please just vote. And then you can wear one of these...can't seem to turn the pic but you get the drift.
